Attendance Overview

Help the admin team understand your church’s total headcount. Room type and pricing were already selected during registration on agyya.org — you do not need to repeat those here.

Room Groupings

During registration on agyya.org, each attendee was assigned a room label (Room A, Room B, etc.). Please list the full names of everyone in each room group below so the admin team can verify assignments and assist anyone who wasn’t grouped. Leave unused group slots blank.

Medical Information

This section collects structured medical details for each attendee so the Medical Committee can be properly prepared. Information is shared only with the Medical Committee and is kept strictly confidential.

Share any final details to help the admin team plan check-in and room assignments smoothly.
